Our events run under our Tech & Innovation programme with the BPF and our standalone UKPA programme. These events bring together the brightest minds in PropTech and Real Estate, creating opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. From intimate roundtables to large-scale events, our programme is designed to help property professionals and tech innovators connect, learn, and drive digital transformation across the industry. Real Estate:UK
Real Estate:UK will launch in 2026 and will build on the programmes of AREF, BPF and IPF to deliver a wide range of events across the UK, including several unmissable flagship events.

AREF & IPF Events
Ahead of the merger, events run by AREF and IPF will be open to BPF and SPF members. Selected events will also be open to UKPA gold members, please check individual pages for more information. AREF and IPF members will also be able to join our member-only events. These opportunities will be posted on each organisation's website or highlighted in our events programme below.
