The Joint RE:UK/SPR European Outlook Seminar will be held on 23 September and is kindly hosted by Schroders.
Please join us for the SPR/RE:UK European Outlook Seminar, where industry leaders and experts converge to explore the dynamic landscape of European real estate. The aim of the seminar is to focus on the current state and outlook for the macroeconomic backdrop and interest rates in particular. Given elevated geopolitical uncertainty (at the moment at least), how has that impact the European real estate market, including general investor sentiment towards the wider market as an investment class and specific strategies and sectors.
In a world where the cost of capital is higher and heightened uncertainty, what does this mean for the sector going forward – what are the threats that real estate faces from alternative asset classes and capital allocations, and where are the opportunities for investors?
Registration will be from 17.15 for a 18.00 start, followed by drinks. The event will finish by 19.45 and will be kindly hosted by Schroders Capital.
