Two Flagship Events. One Unmissable Evening.

Following the success of our inaugural showcase in 2025 , the Innovation Showcase 2026 returns - as a flagship event for the UK PropTech Association and Real Estate: UK.

Positioned as a live PropTech Pitch Competition, the showcase spotlights some of the most exciting startups and scaleups transforming the built environment. Six selected companies will be invited to pitch their solutions live to an audience of senior industry decision-makers and an expert judging panel.

This is where innovation meets industry - and where the next generation of PropTech solutions gets seen.

Alongside this, for the fourth year running, the Summer Members Meet-Up returns - an exclusive evening of drinks, canapés, and high-impact networking with 160+ professionals from across the property sector.

Set against a relaxed summer backdrop, it’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with industry peers, build new relationships, and exchange ideas with leading voices across the built environment.

Applications Now Open

We are now inviting applications for the Innovation Showcase 2026.

Startups and scaleups are encouraged to apply from:

Friday 24th April – Friday 12 June

Applications are welcome from companies solving real-world challenges across:

• Build-to-Rent & Residential Development
• Social Housing
• Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
• Commercial Real Estate (Offices, Logistics, Retail)
• Real Estate Investment & Asset Management
• Facilities & Property Management

Selection Process

• Applications close: 12th June
• Shortlist announced: w/c 15th June
• Pitch mentoring for shortlisted companies: w/c 22nd June
• Live pitch event: 16th July

Six companies will be selected to pitch live at the Innovation Showcase.
