The Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner 2026
On 17 November 2026, more than 900 guests will gather at London’s iconic Old Billingsgate for the first Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner.
Real Estate:UK represents the full breadth of the UK real estate industry: investors, developers, owners, lenders, advisers and other stakeholders from across the built environment. The Annual Dinner reflects the scale of that community, bringing senior leaders and decision-makers together for one of the biggest evenings in the real estate calendar.
As one of our flagship events, the dinner is a major moment in our first year as a unified organisation, uniting our newly combined membership and the wider industry in one room.
The evening begins with a networking drinks reception, before guests take their seats in Old Billingsgate’s spectacular Grand Hall for a three-course dinner. The celebrations then continue with our Post-Dinner Soirée, offering further opportunities to connect with colleagues and build relationships across the industry.
The dinner is open to members and non-members, and the dress code is black tie.

Keynote Speaker Sophie Hackford, Futurist
As a technologist, Sophie has given 300+ provocative talks to boards and exec teams on novel science and tech. She is advisor to John Deere & Co on the future of food, climate, and agriculture.
Sophie co-founded and chaired 1715Labs: a spinout from Oxford University's Astrophysics Department, labelling data to train algorithms.
Sophie was formerly at WIRED Magazine; Singularity University on the NASA Research Park in Silicon Valley; Oxford Martin School at Oxford University, where she raised $120m for frontier-bending research.

The Grade II-listed former fish market has been transformed into a landmark events space, and the RE:UK Annual Dinner will take place in its spectacular Grand Hall.
