With more than 700 guests already confirmed, the inaugural Annual Dinner will bring together leaders and decision-makers from across UK real estate for an evening of connection, celebration and conversation.
As one of our flagship events, the dinner will be a major moment in our first year as a unified organisation, bringing together our newly combined membership and the wider industry in one room.
Overview
Real Estate:UK brings together the full breadth of the UK real estate industry, representing investors, developers, owners, lenders, advisers and other stakeholders from across the built environment.
Our Annual Dinner will reflect the scale and breadth of that community, bringing together senior leaders and decision-makers from across the industry for one of the biggest evenings in the real estate calendar.
Open to members and non-members, the evening will begin with a networking drinks reception before guests take their seats in Old Billingsgate’s spectacular Grand Hall for a three-course dinner.
The celebrations will continue with our Post-Dinner Soirée, offering further opportunities to connect with colleagues and build relationships across the industry.

Location
Old Billingsgate is one of London’s most distinctive event venues, set on the north bank of the Thames with views across Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge.
The Grade II-listed former fish market has been transformed into a landmark events space, and the RE:UK Annual Dinner will take place in its spectacular Grand Hall.
