Our Mission

The UK PropTech Association (UKPA) is  set up to drive the digital transformation of the property industry by promoting engagement between PropTech and Property businesses, and creating an environment conducive for PropTech innovation.

Since October 2023, The UK PropTech Association is now part of the British Property Federation, the voice of the real estate industry in the UK. Through the merger, we launched our Tech & Innovation programme that will oversee more than 26 events per year designed to unite property owners, investors, developers and advisors from the BPF membership with our community of over 1000 entrepreneurs, solution providers, venture capital investors and PropTech innovators to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of PropTech.

We work with government and industry stakeholders, through our involvement on the Digital Property Market Steering Group, and UK PropTech Steering Committee, to represent members, advocate for PropTech and help shape the future of the industry.

Objectives

  • To create a single compelling voice for property, PropTech and ecosystem across the UK

  • To provide support and knowledge to start-ups to help them scale and grow.

  • To create a single community of PropTech, property and ecosystem players to promote cross industry learning and develop relationships.

  • To break down barriers to digital transformation in the property industry through advocacy work, lobbying and providing expertise to property companies .
