UKPA supports its members by shedding light on the most innovative companies in the PropTech scene. According to Forrester Research, on average, companies spend 30% of their marketing budget on digital marketing. As the UK’s one and only trade association for PropTech, we can leverage our large network and help you reach a wider audience at no cost.
We frequently provide members with opportunities to write or contribute to articles/press releases published by top media companies. Our article ‘Top 10 PropTech firms to watch’ published on Property Portal Watch was picked up by top media companies EstateAgentToday and The Negotiator (click links to read the articles), resulting in several new leads for Re-Leased (one of the Top 10 listed). Jamie McDermott, Global Head of Marketing at Re-Leased said “UKPA puts us out there in the mix and forms an essential part of our marketing strategy”.
As well as helping members like Re-Leased increase their presence in the market, we actively encourage collaboration and provide a forum for the industry to engage with each other. The roundtable* in June was well attended by key industry players from both the tech and property side including GVA, CBRE (& CBRE global investors) and JLL. UKPA facilitated introductions for members and opened up new opportunities. Jamie McDermott said “UKPA brings together likeminded individuals in the property sector and puts them in the same virtual room. They have their members interest at heart”.
