UK PropTech Awards

What is the UK PropTech Awards?

In its eighth year, the UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those who are leading the way towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled and customer centric future for the Property industry. The awards are a chance to highlight the companies and individuals who are driving real change across the Real Estate sector, solving critical problems and showcase how their innovative approaches or technology solutions are making a significant impact.

  • Applications

    The awards are open to application from members and non-members. Each year we review the categories to ensure they reflect the market and it's players. Applications will open in the summer running until September. 

  • Judging

    Each year, a judging panel representing leading voices from across the sector are appointed to assess the applications. The panel covers a range of expertise to reflect the diversity of entries received. All submissions are independently marked by the judges, ensuring a fair and impartial process. The UKPA team are not involved in judging or scoring and only manage the logistics.

  • Attendance

    Tickets to the awards are open to members and non-members. The tickets have a cost associated to them which is reviewed each year in line with the market. Our paying members receive discounts for the tickets and non-members can access them at a standard rate. 

  • Sponsorship Opportunities

    Each year are awards are open to sponsorships on an event level as well as the category level. Sponsorships are open to UKPA/BPF members and non - members.
