What does the merger between UKPA and the British Property Federation (BPF) mean ?
Since October 2023, The UK PropTech Association has been part of the British Property Federation, the voice of the real estate industry in the UK. While UKPA is now part of the BPF, it remains a distinct brand focused on the PropTech community, ensuring dedicated resources and tailored initiatives for its members. Both memberships run their individuals programmes alongside a joint 'Tech & Innovation' programme aimed at members from both communities.
Who can join as a member?
The UKPA membership is open to PropTech companies, Tech Investors and Service Providers. The membership is available at a corporate paid level and an individual free level.
Can you attend an event as a non-member?
Majority of UKPA events are exclusive to our gold members. If an event is open to a non-member, this information will be available on the event page.
Can you attend the UK PropTech Awards as non-member?
The UK PropTech awards are open to non-members. Tickets are paid for and available on first come first serve basis.
Can you submit an application as a non-member and is there a cost associated to applying?
Applications to the UK PropTech Awards is open to everyone in the industry and there is no cost associated to applying.
Can we promote our content on your News & Insights page?
The UKPA News & Insights page only hosts content from our paid members and partners.
