Taking place at The ICC Birmingham on 4 November 2026, the evening will bring together 400 leaders and decision-makers from across UK real estate for an evening of celebration, connection and insight.

Following the merger of AREF, the BPF and IPF, this new flagship event will bring our combined membership and the wider industry together in Birmingham for the first time.

The evening will begin with a networking drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner and a lively post-dinner soirée.

With senior figures from across the industry in attendance, the dinner provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, make new connections and celebrate the achievements of the sector — all in one of the UK’s most dynamic and important regional cities.

The event is open to members and non-members.
