For decades, location has been the defining measure of real estate value. Today, technology is becoming just as influential. But what does that really mean for investors, developers, owners and occupiers?
Hosted by Clyde & Co and supported by Alpha Alternatives, this interactive roundtable will explore how data, digital capability and evolving customer expectations are changing the factors that underpin asset performance, investment decisions and long-term value.
From operational efficiency and resilience to occupier experience, sustainability and new business models, delegates will consider how technology is changing the way real estate is developed, managed, experienced and valued - and what this could mean for the assets that will perform best in the future.
As part of the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to contribute to UKPA & Alpha Alternative’s Data Capability Gap: Perception vs Reality in Real Estate Technology industry survey and see live results from the room, compared with the data already collected from across the industry. Ahead of the full survey results being launched in November, these findings will provide an additional perspective to help inform the conversation, challenge assumptions and explore where perceptions and reality may differ.
Following a short scene-setting presentation, delegates will work in small discussion groups to share experiences, debate key questions and explore what will define the most valuable real estate assets in the years ahead, before feeding their insights back to the wider room.
