Real estate is the largest asset type and also the slowest to adopt to technological changes. Although many real estate businesses are driven by, and aimed at, millennials, they often only seek out baby boomers, plus the industry practices are inundated by inefficient processes and unnecessary transactions. In its core, Wu@ is a PropTech 3.0 startup which will address this issue.
Machine learning and artificial intelligence will be behind everything we do in the future. The idea behind Wu@ was developed after interviewing over 100 tenants, real estate professionals, entrepreneurs, international & local property investors and the challenges they face.
