BuildingMinds’ innovative technologies make ESG management, including sustainability reporting, benchmarking and retrofit scenario analyses available at the push of a button. In addition, the platform has many other central use cases, including strategic location management, building cost and contract management, workspace utilisation and well-being.
Based on a specially developed, industry-specific Common Data Model, BuildingMinds lays the foundation for data-driven portfolio management and the deployment of state-of-the-art technologies such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. The cloud platform, which is based on Microsoft Azure, integrates data from all relevant sources, prepares it in the form of intuitive dashboards and meets the highest security standards.
The BuildingMinds team now consists of around 100 digitalisation and domain experts from more than 30 countries. Since 2019, the PropTech has been supported by its sole investor Schindler and technology partner Microsoft.
