Here, as part of the monthly subscription, investors can find properties that are off-market or below market value (BMV) and work directly with sourcers. Sourcers can also be verified in terms of their compliance, feedback, skills and reputation. Our monthly subscription is the only cost to investor, we never ask for any commission.
Property Deal sourcers can use their subscription to list their deals (including Rent2Rent strategies), contact investors directly, create their individual profile and build and boost their reputation (through a system of feedbacks, badges, and checks conducted by Aquila Connect). Property Deal Sourcers never have to give up any share of their sourcing fee.
