As one of Real Estate:UK’s flagship events, our inaugural Annual Dinner will mark an important moment for our newly formed organisation following the official merger of AREF, BPF and IPF. 

As the new unified representative body formed from the merger of AREF, BPF and IPF, Real Estate:UK brings together the full breadth of the UK real estate industry under one organisation. Representing a sector that employs over one million people and contributes more than £100bn to the UK economy each year, Real Estate:UK serves as the single, authoritative voice for investors, developers, owners, lenders, advisers and stakeholders across the built environment. Its mission is to drive excellence, support innovation, raise professional and ethical standards, and act as a trusted partner to government and regulators.

The Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner embodies this mission. As one of the most significant gatherings in the UK real estate calendar, it convenes senior leaders from across the newly combined membership base. The event attracts an audience of over 600 attendees, including many of the most influential executives and decision-makers in the industry.

This event is open to members and non-members takes place at Old Billingsgate. The evening begins with a networking drinks reception, followed by a three-course seated dinner and a lively Post-Dinner Soirée, offering outstanding opportunities for connection, engagement and relationship-building across the unified communities.

Old Billingsgate stands in the the heart of London, positioned on the North bank of the River Thames, with unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge. This Victorian Grade II listed building has undergone an amazing transformation, from the 19th century's largest fish market to London's premier event space. The RE:UK Annual Dinner will be held in the venue’s spectacular Grand Hall.

We're inviting our junior in-career members who attend the Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner to a dedicated Real Estate:Futures drinks reception, taking place just before the Annual Dinner. This exclusive event is designed to offer a relaxed and friendly environment for emerging professionals within the industry to come together, build connections and expand their networks. The reception will serve as a great icebreaker, allowing attendees to feel more comfortable and connected before walking down together to the main event.

*Real Estate:Futures (RE:Futures) is our member-led network for junior professionals. Membership is over 2,500-strong and open to anyone with 15 or fewer years of experience working in the property industry.
