Sustainability and ESG are a key focus in the industry. We will be conducting a series of events under the theme of Building for Sustainability.
We will start of the series with a panel discussion exploring “how does technology influence sustainability in the built environment?”
The panel will be a range of professionals with a sustainability role/remit in the real estate industry and PropTech’s that have developed solutions to help the industry address sustainability challenges and reach net zero goals. The primary focus will be on addressing buildings that have already been built as opposed to new builds, as we know 80% of real estate in the UK has already been built. We will dive into a couple of specific areas, however, the intention is to build on the discussion in a series of workshops following the panel event as we know this is such an important and industry wide topic.
