The UK PropTech Awards is back for it’s 8th edition!
The UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those who are leading the way towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled and customer centric future for the Property industry. The awards are a chance to highlight the companies and individuals who are driving real change across the Real Estate sector, solving critical problems and showcase how their innovative approaches or technology solutions are making a significant impact.
This year, we’re thrilled to introduce a fresh line-up of awards recognising both PropTech companies and property organisations, including new categories like "Housing Delivery Innovation", "Collaborative Business Transformation" and "Emerging PropTech of the Year". Reflecting the industry’s growing emphasis on cross-sector collaboration, several awards are now open to joint applications between PropTech providers and property businesses – such as "Connected Place", "Intelligent Asset Management" and "ESG Collaboration".

Tickets
Tickets are now available to claim! Gold Members can avail two free tickets as part of their membership and Individual Members/Non-Members/BPF Members can purchase tickets at the early bird rate of £55 + VAT. Tickets will go up in price after November 7th! Gold members must claim their free tickets by November 10th, any unclaimed tickets will be released to the waitlist beyond this date.
