International PropTech Associations – Overview and list

Back to Our Work

As PropTech companies start to look beyond their home market, understanding how other ecosystems operate becomes an important part of early international exploration. One of the most common entry points into a new market is through local or regional PropTech associations. These organisations typically sit at the intersection of technology, real estate and the built environment, bringing together startups, corporates, investors and industry professionals.

For founders and operators, PropTech associations can provide early visibility into how a market is structured, what conversations are taking place, and who the active players are. They are often used as a first step to observe market dynamics, access community-led insight, and begin building relevant relationships before committing significant time or capital to expansion.

Rather than acting as market-entry services, these associations tend to function as ecosystem connectors. Founders commonly engage with them to understand local priorities, participate in events or communities, and explore whether a particular geography is a strategic fit for their product or business model.

Below is a table with highlights for each organisation.
