The Gift of 90 Minutes: An IWD Event

What if you gave yourself 90 minutes this International Women’s Day?

Ninety minutes to pause. To connect. To step out of the day-to-day and into a room full of honest conversation and shared experience.

Join us on the 4^th of March for The Gift of 90 Minutes, a relaxed coffee morning bringing together 30 women from across the BPF and UKPA networks.

Hosted at the wonderful Fair Shot Café, a not-for-profit organisation supporting young adults with learning difficulties, this standing networking event is designed to create space for meaningful connection, renewed energy, and fresh perspective.

To spark meaningful conversation, we invite you to bring a book that inspires you, something you would be happy to gift and swap. During the morning, books will be exchanged, allowing each of us to leave with a new piece of inspiration to guide, energise, or simply bring joy.

We will close the session with a moment of reflection, inviting attendees to complete an intention card, a simple but powerful opportunity to pause, capture a personal commitment or perspective, and carry that intention forward beyond the morning.

Because when we give time, we all gain more.
