Intro/ What are Regional Roadshows-
The Regional Innovation Roadshows is part of our PropTech Growth Programme with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. These events will provide an opportunity to foster deeper understanding between Central government, Local government, Developers and Investors, share insights on challenges and opportunities, and explore how to realise the benefits of technology and data to address these. The Regional Roadshows are designed around one shared goal: to deliver more homes, faster, by aligning people, policy, and technology. Each half-day event is CPD accredited and will combine regional insight with practical, solution-driven discussion.

The Midlands stands at the forefront of the UK’s housing and regeneration opportunity. With Birmingham at the heart of national growth ambitions, from the West Midlands Combined Authority’s brownfield regeneration programme to the region’s leadership in digital planning transformation, the area is redefining how homes are planned, approved, and delivered.
