Opportunity to Action Workshop

Over the past year, our PropTech Growth Programme in partnership with Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government (MHCLG) has brought together local authorities, government, developers and PropTech innovators to explore how digital technology can improve housing delivery and support growth across the built environment. This has included a regional forum, a new Knowledge Hub for PropTech companies, and a series of Strategic Roundtables focused on practical solutions to drive adoption.

Our upcoming workshop, Opportunity to Action, brings these insights together. We’ll share the key themes and draft recommendations developed through our roundtables and invite participants to help refine and strengthen them. The session will also look beyond housing delivery, exploring how PropTech can support wider innovation and scaling across the sector.

We’re also pleased to confirm that our partnership with MHCLG is continuing. As part of the next phase, we will launch a new Research & Policy Board to shape future priorities and create further opportunities for members to contribute.
