UKPA Steering Committee
The UKPA Steering Committee (previously known as the UKPA Board) was formed after our merger with the BPF. The committee consists of UKPA members, BPF members, representatives from the Innovation Leaders Forum and new to 2024, a BPF Futures representative.
As a committee member, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to shape events and initiatives, advocate for innovation, and support cross-sector growth. Annual elections ensure a diversity of perspectives and give members the chance to play an active role in driving meaningful change across PropTech and Property.

My current role at EVORA Global combines both consulting and technology as well as my interest in the ESG. This background provides me with a wide understanding across the Real estate lifecycle from occupiers to landlords, bank lenders, Pension funds etc, as well as professional services and agency businesses.
Aside from work, She is passionate about diversity especially in relation to women in the real estate and technology industry as well as parents returning to work and managing a work life balance.

Luke Graham is a interdisciplinary research executive, strategist and entrepreneur. Beginning his technical career as an engineering sailor in the Royal Australian Navy, Luke then studied real estate economics before joining a residential real estate investment brokerage as a research analyst.
In 2020, Luke commenced postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford, which soon led to a research role at the university’s Future of Real Estate Initiative (Oxford FoRE).
Between 2021 and 2024, Luke headed research and strategic insights for London-based proptech venture capital firm, Pi Labs. In this role, Luke engaged heavily with the proptech sector and generated unique insights into its present and future impact on the built environment. Luke is now a partner at research and innovation studio, Urban Neuron, where he works closely with real estate and proptech companies on learning and development, R&D projects, product-market fit, and innovation adoption across three continents.
