M7 Real Estate is a leading pan European multi-let real estate asset manager, with operations in the UK, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Sweden. M7 manages a portfolio of over 800 assets comprising 65 million sq ft with a capital value in excess of €4.7 billion. We have a series of UK and Continental European funds that have invested in retail, office and industrial property.
M7 currently has an existing joint venture with private equity firm H.I.G Capital. Previous partners include Europa Capital, Goldman Sachs, Oaktree Capital, Starwood Capital, Westbrook Capital, Nationwide Building Society and Blackstone, for whom M7 continues to manage a Separate Account. M7 also acts as a third party asset manager for institutional, family office and high net worth investors’ portfolios.
We are an owner managed business with over 220 staff and combine specialist knowledge and experience in the multi-let real estate markets with market leading information management systems.
M7 is split into four divisions, Real Estate, Investment Management, Finance and Information Management.
The Real Estate team is responsible for sourcing M7’s investments and establishing the asset management strategy for them once acquired.
The Investment Management team is responsible for managing M7’s capital relationships with both its third party equity providers and its senior lending banks. In addition they provide market leading reporting to support the asset management team.
The Finance team is responsible for the financial for M7’s various joint ventures and VBRi, as well as providing support to the reporting function of the investment and real estate management teams.
The Information Management team is responsible for the integrity of data within both the firm’s Coyote platform and its property management system, Yardi.
